How do I order a transfer?
Open @card1card_bot, choose money transfers and describe the task. Include countries, amount, currencies and purpose. A manager checks the route and proposes terms. Orders are placed only through the official Telegram bot.
What is the rate and service fee?
There is no single price for every route. It depends on countries, banks, amount, currencies and receiving method. Before payment, we agree a quote with the receiving amount and its validity period.
Which countries can money be sent from?
We review requests from many countries to Russia and from Russia abroad. Ukraine, the EU, the US, the UK, Canada and travel destinations are priorities. If your country is not listed, describe it in the bot and we will check availability.
Who executes the payments?
Payments are executed by agreed payment providers and agents. According to the service’s internal data, more than 60% of transfers are handled by partners in the Kyrgyz Republic operating under licences and agency agreements. The specific provider is identified in the order.
Do I need to send documents immediately?
Start with countries, amount, currencies and purpose for the initial quote. If documents are needed, your manager explains which ones and how to provide them. Never send PINs, CVVs, one-time codes or wallet keys.
What if a manager contacts me from a different account?
Return to the official @card1card_bot and confirm the message with support. Do not pay using instructions from an unrelated conversation. The public @card1card_support account is backup support, not an ordering channel.
