Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and other EU countries have different banking practices. To send euros to Russia or receive funds from Russia, your manager needs the bank name and purpose. The receiving currency is agreed before payment.
Compare the final amount, not just the rate
An attractive exchange rate alone does not show the cost of a transfer. A quote should disclose the service fee and known bank charges. If the recipient needs an exact euro amount, tell us upfront so the quote can be based on that amount.

How do I find out what the recipient will receive?
Tell the bot either your sending amount or the amount the recipient needs. Your manager will quote the rate, service fee, potential bank charges and the quote’s validity period.
