Via the card or the account
Not every bank accepts a top-up using a card number. A transfer to the linked account may be needed instead. We check the suitable method, receiving currency and conversion conditions before the order.
When a large purchase is coming up
Check the purchase amount, card limits and merchant eligibility with your bank in advance. Funding an account and authorising a later purchase are different actions; a top-up does not change the bank’s limits or rules.
