What makes up a quote
Confirm the sending amount, rate, fee, known bank costs and receiving currency. If the recipient needs exactly €2,000 credited, ask for that explicitly, rather than sending an equivalent based on a search-engine rate.
How long a quote remains valid
Rates and availability change. A quote should have a validity period; request an update if you return later. Do not reuse instructions from a different amount or an earlier order without confirmation.
When timing starts
Timing is discussed after the task is reviewed and depends on funding, complete information and banking business days. Share the actual deadline early, especially before weekends, check-in, auctions or invoice expiry.
