Paying with a US card
Some payment pages accept only certain cards or methods. Send the service name and task so we can check a US card or another accepted option. Do not send account passwords or one-time codes in ordinary messages.
Keep the visa fee clear
The payment method depends on the visa category and application country. First we agree the correct portal and amount. A visa fee pays for processing, not approval; the government fee is generally non-refundable.
Subscriptions, bookings and one-off purchases
Tell us whether the charge is one-off or a renewing subscription. For bookings, check refund rules and whether the card must be presented later, particularly for hotels and car rentals.
